An Outdoor Personal Growth Group
Meet in a small group for a full year to explore inner and outer nature in a range of inspiring local locations. Learn outdoor skills including fire-lighting, species identification and foraging, alongside inner skills for open communication, clear thinking and creative problem resolution with nature as an ally.

This group is for people who want to deepen their connection to nature and gain skills and confidence in the outdoors, extending their adventures to be out all day in all seasons- and stay comfortable.
We meet 8 times through the cycle of Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter, in 8 different landscapes, following a journey over cliffs, beaches, up hills, into caves and under waterfalls. We make camp, brew teas and practice bushcraft skills.
Each day weaves together course elements of sensory and meditative exercises, new learning about the natural world, poems and reflections and therapeutic skills. The days are spacious and relaxed and everyone is free to follow their own source of inspiration instead as they desire through the day.
All locations are within a 45minutes drive (lift-share) from Dundee, that we coordinate as a group. Instructions on kit and preparations will be provided when you enroll.
When you have completed an application form Stephanie will have a chat with you about joining the course. People in the past have found the Earthworks program helpful as an adjunct to 1:1 therapy, pre-therapy or as an integration phase post-therapy.
The cost for the course is on a sliding scale according to what you can afford:
£320 (supported)/ 480 (fair)/ 640 (gifting) (maximum of 3 places for lower income tier).
